Training with DeeFitDot Coaching / Dianna Walkden is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. Reliance on any information provided by Dianna Walkden, deefitdotcoaching.com employees, or others appearing on this Site, or other visitors to this Site is solely at your own risk.
Results with programs may vary. Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss. Consult your healthcare professional before beginning any diet or fitness regimen and please refer to your healthcare professional with any medical related questions that may arise while training with any DeeFitDot Coaching product.
Training may be discontinued at any time for any reason.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
1. Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer. If there is no remaining time, the session will be forfeited at the client's expense.
3. Ongoing personalized programming will bill monthly unless subscription is cancelled with a minimum of 30 days' notice. No refunds will be offered for failure to cancel in a timely manner and your new personalized program will be delivered as scheduled. You may cancel anytime.
4. Refunds for personal training, online programming or any other product through DeeFitDot Coaching will not be offered.
